Consider/Approve Procurement Plan for the School Nutrition Program |

Background Information: Although not mandated by Federal or State law, the School Nutrition Program has received a recommendation from the State Agency to write and adopt a Procurement Plan for the Obion County Schools. This plan sets forth procedures to follow when items are purchased for our School Nutrition Program. I have read the plan several times and it appears to be in compliance with Federal and State laws, the Internal School Uniform Accounting Policy Manual, and Board policy. Staff Recommendation: I recommend adoption of the attached Procurement Plan for the Obion County Schools School Nutrition Program. |
